TERMS & CONDITIONS

Workshop bookings

Fees do not include silver/gold/stones and other selected consumables. These are optional and available to purchase at extra cost.

Withdrawals from class more than 7 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund for the class minus a 10% processing fee. If cancellation occurs 3-6 days prior to the class, we will provide a 50% refund. Cancellations 48 hours or less receive a 25% refund. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Minimum age requirement for all class participants is 14. Students aged 14-16 must be accompanied by an adult attending classes. Refund policy

Online store

Our Online Store Return Policy is different to our physical store policy so please read carefully;

  • If you wish to RETURN a jewellery item you need to inform us by email within 18 days of the purchase date that the item is being returned. If 18 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund or exchange may not be possible and it will be at our sole discretion.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Gift Vouchers and postage are exempt from being returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@workshop6.co.nz

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Gift Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, it will include a Gift Exchange Card which entitles you to exchange the gift for another item or a Gift Store Credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver needs to contact us directly with proof of purchase to organise an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for all jewellery. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PRIVACY

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

  • name
  • contact information
  • billing or purchase information

We collect your personal information in order to:

  • provide you with the service or goods requested

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing necessary staff to access it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
